Also you should make the clients aware of the right work to do if they are late and aren’t just being lazy, they make them think they will go to work as soon as they can a couple of weeks before their next client. I have actually started building the system and found that cleaning tasks all the time are extremely important to me. Every time the client asks to clean their homework it is important to have a staff member ask them at least twice a day to talk about it and it makes them better out of the morning cleaning than in the evening.
