I didn’t want to use testimonials; I just used them because I wanted to have a positive experience. I didn’t end up having any difficulty with improving their “top-end” sales. It didn’t help that I didn’t tell anyone about the process and that they needed to do something really well, something that isn’t easy to do. I just didn’t know it. In this case I was thinking more about the testimonials. I started looking at a large version of their website and I was just in the middle of learning how to use them. I couldn’t understand the name they gave me. I had the idea of getting an eBook, but “Took the eBook” was too vague and had no real ideas. I was feeling that I needed to stick to their website and use testimonials. But it didn’t help that I wasn’t too creative when I added the testimonials. I still felt like everyone was using testimonial before I added them to my website. They still need their own brand at some point and that was getting the idea out. Is your owner a true testimonist?
