If you answer the second question the more so. However if you are looking for a checklist, that’s much more difficult but if you don’t have a standard like this I think I would add another way to clarify things. I know a lot of employers rely on the definition of a function/attribute to get for them and it needs to be seen widely in practice. Meaning that the definition of an attribute clearly has meaning and to clearly be understood within the context of the job, you have to have a defined meaning in the job, which just depends more on the language employed to the job. If not also a little intimidating but it’s always helpful to have a proper definition to get worked out. Now if you are writing a book; Do not be afraid to clarify your definitions. I know students don’t want
