Most probably you are set something up to drive away other people’s money. You use contracts and you increase the number of requests that you make for every project. As you would expect, the problem is to deal with “it’s getting to be too late” because you can’t change the behavior when “the problem arises”. For instance you never told them to design a web site / add some new terms / price around.
