Based on this demonstration, we explore the potential involvement of different themes for sentiment analysis. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the potential impact of three themes and each theme separately. From a limited number of text reviews which indicate sentiment analysis is lacking in the marketing literature[@b3][@b17][@b18][@b19][@b20][@b21], the text review literature is limited, and the literature on sentiment analysis is dominated by descriptive (nursery, sales, surveys — see texts/audience collection and online community survey) and experimental (data analysis). Although very little available research on sentiment analysis is relevant to the present study, the results of our study show that sentiment analysis alone, cannot provide useful insights regarding the types of business, political groups or customer insights that could be conveyed about these elements and the types of consumers to whom this analysis would be accessed. Indeed, in our study text reviews cited only three themes and \>3 out-of-dimension content. None of the study data shows the expected effects of different themes and different content. The conclusions based on this study (focusing on a group of women) on the same subjects, or on a similar group of consumers with different motivations, are consistent with the research literature, which indicates that there is some significant difference between the literature data for different themes and content, and that the analysis will be extremely helpful to help readers in understanding the findings. To further characterize the change of sentiment analysis performance, a sample of items collected at a follow-up survey session is compared with the text review data in a mail-based survey. The mail refers to a survey question which allows the family and friends to interact, as well as a personal communication, with researchers from both organizations (e.g. Research Institute and Teaching Program, PUB), as researchers might use in the conduct of research. In this study data from the studies that collected the text reviews suggest that the majority of the surveyed subjects were in less favorable conditions perceived by their clients. This result is statistically significant (T-statistically significant: 2.4; *p* \< 0.05 in this study).
